Mobility

Helps to enhance flexibility, mobility, and overall movement quality. By integrating movements influenced by Yoga, Pilates, and comprehensive mobility exercises, participants can enhance their range of motion, alleviate stiffness, and mitigate injury risks.

CONDITIONING

Built to improve endurance, strength, and overall performance. Expect a mix of functional movement, cardio, and strength work designed to push your limits while keeping movement intentional.

RUN STRONG

A group class designed for runners to help reduce the risk of injury and build full-body strength. These classes focus on unilateral movements and plyometrics, to improve power, stability and overall performance.

STRENGTH

These classes will be programmed in 4-6 week cycles with three training days per week, focusing on strength progressions and form competency. All the workouts will be scalable to meet the needs of each participant.

Each personal trainer has a minimum fee of R550 per session, with individual rates varying slightly depending on their services and specialisations.
